Rugby Union is the traditional form of Rugby and enjoys just as much success as it's younger cousin Rugby League. Our guide has been put together by Tom Fletcher who takes you through the game, all the positions and how to get started in the sport.

The Game of Rugby Union is fully explained in that section of the guide. So if you don't know your scrum from your line-out then all is revealed as well as much much more in a very detailed look at the sport.

In Rugby Union like most sports players start in set positions from Flankers to Locks - all of them are spoken about in great detail in that section of the guide as well as showing some of the famous players who have played those positions.
